Listing owners may additionally provide clinic or hospital details, operating hours, consultation fees, and profile photographs.

When you visit our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve our services.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We use Clerk for authentication services. When you sign in, Clerk securely shares your basic identity information (name, email) with us to create and manage your account. We do not store your authentication credentials directly on our servers.

We work with trusted third-party providers including Clerk (authentication), MongoDB Atlas (database), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
Public Listing Information
Information you provide in your listing — including name, qualifications, location, contact details, and profile photo — is made publicly visible on your profile page. You have full control over what you enter and publish.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide you with our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
