These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VaidyaHub ("Platform"), operated by VaidyaHub ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or register a listing on our Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Listing owners must be qualified healthcare professionals or authorised representatives of a registered healthcare facility.

2. Account Registration

When you register an account, you are responsible for:

• —Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• —All activities that occur under your account
• —Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• —Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are being misused.

3. Listing Accuracy and Responsibility

Listing owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information published in their listings, including but not limited to:

• —Professional qualifications, degrees, and certifications
• —Contact details, clinic address, and operating hours
• —Consultation fees and services offered
• —Photographs and images uploaded to the profile
• —Posts and updates published through the platform

We reserve the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing content that we determine to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Platform to:

• —Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• —Impersonate any person, medical professional, or institution
• —Upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• —Submit reviews, ratings, or testimonials that are fabricated or incentivised
• —Engage in spamming, unsolicited communications, or aggressive marketing
• —Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Platform
• —Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our Platform
• —Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Indian law

5. Reviews and Patient Feedback

Patients may submit reviews and ratings for healthcare providers listed on our Platform. Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, abusive, fabricated, or in violation of our Content Policy. We do not edit or alter the substance of submitted reviews. Healthcare providers may not solicit, incentivise, or coerce patients into leaving positive reviews.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform that is not provided by users — including the design, layout, logos, software, and text — is the exclusive property of VaidyaHub and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Platform content without our prior written consent. By submitting content to our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• —We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information listed on our Platform
• —We are not liable for any decisions made based on information obtained from our Platform
• —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Platform
• —Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use our services in the preceding 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VaidyaHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that is harmful to our users or platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage users to contact us in the first instance to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our Platform or by sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
